Philippe Eigenheer is one of the founders of DGE Avocats.
He was admitted to the Geneva Bar in 2001 after completing his legal internship at the firm Bonnant Warluzel & Associés.
Before founding DGE Avocats, he was a partner at a Geneva law firm specializing in litigation.
In 2015, he earned the title of “FSA Specialist in Civil Liability and Insurance Law.”
His practice focuses primarily on national and international litigation, with significant experience in civil and contract law, insurance and civil liability law—with a particular emphasis on medical law and road traffic law – labour law, real estate law (particularly lease law and legal mortgages), criminal law, debt collection and bankruptcy, particularly receivership. Finally, he also serves, on an ad hoc basis, as a guardian in the field of adult and child protection.
He practices in French and English.
