Delphine Zarb
PartnerDelphine Zarb advises clients on all aspects of real estate law, particularly in connection with real estate transactions and large-scale construction projects, as well as in lease law and public procurement.
Her litigation practice covers both civil and administrative disputes, primarily in real estate law (construction, condominium ownership, brokerage, land use planning, public procurement), and in lease law.
She holds a law degree from the University of Lausanne, which she supplemented with an LL.M. in commercial and corporate law from the London School of Economics.
Admitted to the bar in 2002, she obtained the title of FSA Specialist Lawyer in Construction and Real Estate Law in 2007. After working with two major Geneva law firms in their corporate and real estate law departments, she founded and managed her own law firm, specializing in real estate law, for over five years.
On January 1, 2023, she joined DGE Avocats, notably to develop a practice group specializing in real estate and construction law and to strengthen the firm’s expertise in these areas.
She also serves as an associate judge (landlord side) at the Geneva Rent and Lease Tribunal.
She practices in French, English, and German.
In addition to her work as a lawyer, Delphine Zarb serves on the boards of foundations and associations focused on real estate and music.
