{"id":460,"date":"2026-06-02T13:23:25","date_gmt":"2026-06-02T13:23:25","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/stagingdgepart.wpengine.com\/lequipe\/delphine-zarb\/"},"modified":"2026-06-08T10:20:51","modified_gmt":"2026-06-08T10:20:51","slug":"delphine-zarb","status":"publish","type":"team-profiles","link":"https:\/\/www.dgepartners.ch\/en\/lequipe\/delphine-zarb\/","title":{"rendered":"Delphine Zarb"},"content":{"rendered":"<h4>Delphine Zarb advises clients on all aspects of real estate law, particularly in connection with real estate transactions and large-scale construction projects, as well as in lease law and public procurement.<\/h4>\n<p>Her litigation practice covers both civil and administrative disputes, primarily in real estate law (construction, condominium ownership, brokerage, land use planning, public procurement), and in lease law.<\/p>\n<p>She holds a law degree from the University of Lausanne, which she supplemented with an LL.M. in commercial and corporate law from the London School of Economics.<\/p>\n<p>Admitted to the bar in 2002, she obtained the title of FSA Specialist Lawyer in Construction and Real Estate Law in 2007.
