Xavier Latour has been a partner at DGE Avocats since January 2014, having been involved in the firm\u2019s founding as an associate.<\/h4>\n

He has been a member of the Geneva Bar since 2003. Xavier Latour previously worked at various law firms, which allowed him to gain considerable experience in litigation and commercial law.<\/p>\n

In 2024, he also earned the title of Certified Specialist SBA Inheritance Law.<\/p>\n

He therefore naturally advises and represents his clients in estate matters, both in litigation and in estate planning.<\/p>\n

Xavier Latour also represents and advises companies of all sizes, as well as business owners and executives in sectors such as commercial contracts, mergers and acquisitions, labour law disputes and the resolution of domestic and international commercial disputes, appearing before both state courts and arbitration tribunals.<\/p>\n

Finally, Xavier Latour is active in the field of administrative litigation, representing both public authorities and private parties.<\/p>\n
