Delphine Zarb advises clients in all aspects of real estate law, notably real estate transactions and large construction projects, as well as tenancy agreements and public procurement.

Her activity in dispute resolution covers all civil and administrative matters, notably in real estate (construction, freehold ownership, brokerage, planning, public procurement) as well as tenancy.

She holds a degree in law from the University of Lausanne and a Master’s degree in commercial and corporate law from the London School of Economics.

After having passed the Bar exam in 2002, she obtained the title of specialist construction and real estate lawyer from the Swiss Bar Association.

After having worked for two major Geneva law firms in the corporate and real estate departments, she created and led her own law firm, specialised in real estate, for more than five years.

Since 1st January 2023, she has joined DGE Attorneys at law in order to develop the firm’s construction and real estate practice and reinforce the competences of the firm in these matters.

She is fluent in French, English and German.
